Refund Policy

Effective Date: 8/1/2025

At Higher Love Coffee, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

 

  •  Coffee Products: Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns on opened bags. If your coffee arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, contact us within 14 days of receipt for a replacement or refund.

  • Merchandise (non-coffee items): Returns accepted within 30 days if unused and in original packaging.

  • Fundraiser Orders: Refunds on fundraising orders will be processed through the original fundraising organization and may be subject to additional policies.

  • Shipping costs: Non-refundable, except where items are defective or shipped in error.
