All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

We select the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or others) that we believe best matches the shipping request indicated at checkout.

Carriers may change depending on cost, availability, or shipping conditions.
3. Shipping Locations

At this time, we ship to addresses within the continental United States only.

We do not ship internationally or to P.O. boxes.
4. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated at checkout based on weight, delivery address, and carrier.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless otherwise stated in a promotion.
5. Tracking & Delivery

To the best of our ability, we provide tracking information for all orders.

Please note: Higher Love Coffee is not responsible for carrier delays once the package has been accepted by the carrier.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages

7. Fundraising Orders

Orders placed as part of a fundraising campaign may have different shipping terms, such as bulk delivery to the school, parish, or mission.
